I called beforehand to make an appointment and to ask if a Groupon would cover what I needed, which was just an eye exam that's a follow up for my lasik. The employee told me it was not a problem. Once I arrived they had me fill out paperwork, started checking my eyes, then told me I'd have to pay more money for just an eye exam. I explained that I had called in previously, to no avail. The only option they offered me was to pay for the exam out of pocket and ask for a Groupon refund.
