  • Definitely a steal! I must say... I was a little scared when I booked it. $48, INCLUDING tax on a Saturday night but we figured what the h*ll. I was impressed with the hotel staff, great customer service, no ridiculously long lines to check in (or out). Renovated, comfy king size bed, contemporary decor, flat screen LG tv. It wasn't the Ritz or the Four Seasons but for the price and location I can't complain!! We were so impressed, we turned our overnight get away into a weekend stay for an extra $32! We just got home and I'm already ready to go back =( We originally booked through expedia and had NO PROBLEM what so ever with them, nor did we experience any issues when we extended our stay directly through the hotel. It seems like the majority of the "one star" reviews should be aimed more at LivingSocial than The Plaza Hotel.
