rev:text	Awful! I took a broken ipod in with water damage. The charged me $29 to look at it and promised to call me in a few days with an estimate so I could tell them if I wanted to repair it. A week and a half later I called them requesting an estimate and they told me they would get back to me. A few days later they called me and told me it was ready and what the charge would be without giving me an option to approve or deny the charges. I thought the price was reasonable $40 total and picked it up. But the ipod no longer had internet service. They blamed me and said I should have told them that the internet wasn't working, when I dropped it off to have it fixed. Then they told they didn't do their repairs in store and sent me and my ipod across town to talk to the people who serviced it. They basically said I could leave it with them but it would take forever for them to contact the repairmen. I've never written a bad review on yelp, but I'm so disgusted with Willy Tech Shop I feel the need to warn others away from them. STAY AWAY!!!
