  • I'm all done with this pharmacy. Im all done waiting in the drive thru for an eternity. Im all done being told it'll be ready in an hour and 4 hours later, its still not ready. I refilled a needed rx on Oct 13 and used their handy app. I have to take this medication EVERY DAY. I dont wait until I have ZERO pills before I refill it. I went to pick it up on the 15th, not ready. "Please come back this afternoon". No problem, I'll come back tomorrow. Two days later, I go back, wait 20+ min in the drive thru behind 1 car. Still not ready. Another 2 days, I try to call and get into a long queue. Yesterday Oct 25th, I was told that the medication Ive been waiting for is sold out. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE IT IN THE STORE! No one thought to contact another Walgreens in this city and have them deliver some to this store for their customers?!?! So now I've been WITHOUT my medication for at least 5 days and am really feeling the 'lousy' effects. I took all of my bottles to Smiths Pharmacy across the street yesterday and switched every single rx to them. They had all of my meds available in an hour. I will stay with Smith's RX as they seemed very nice and helpful. Julia! I uninstalled the Walgreens app and unsubscribed from all their spam emails. As I read all the other reviews I realized every other customer was relaying things that had also happened to me over the years of being a customer. Good luck to you if you use this RX you'll need extra patience to be a customer here.
