  • First time using them. Came in on Wednesday to see if I can an alignment done. They said I needed an appointment so I was scheduled to return the next day at 11. I show up and she tells me that they only have 1 tech and it's going to be a while. Waited until 130 and my car still hasn't been touched. Appointments don't me nothing here So I left. first and last time I come here. Bad customer service.the older black lady in the front needs a customer service class. Horrible
