I work for Costco Wholesale in an extremely busy building in Southern California. Employed there for over 10 years and I've learned that even if I hate what I may do sometimes, I have to do it because it is my job that I not only NEED but depend on.
Today I called to not only ask a simple question but be friendly to a fellow costco employee and all I got was attitude and rudeness. Lisa who answered the phone acted like a straight bitch and had the nerve to not only place me on hold without telling me but even hung up on me when I wasn't done with our conversation. Lisa who works at Decatur Blvd, regardless of what sort of day you're having or whatever member pissed you off, remember you are at least employed. Not many people can say that. Just pick up the phone and be courteous, And act like you care.
