  • 5/10/13 ---no stars for this Mulqueen on Main St .. we had a small problem with the sewing machine threader , it was bent .. the sewing machine is only 3 months old ... so i had heard a few things about Mulqueen , so i brought my machine in for a NEW threader , at first i thought wow this store is a huge mess , the store is a nightmare if you LIKE neatness and any kind of order . the cost was 30.00 than 50.00 for the threader a week later i got my sewing machine back, I had to drive 20 mile one way .[ not good ] the machine did not work at all , the electrical Panel was off ... so back to Mulqueen i went after a sleepless night , I was so upset about the whole ordeal .. I talked with the owner'' Pat '' , who talked to me like i was 12 years old , and was very demeaning and rude .. He had no idea how to talk to a woman about any kind of issues at all ... I asked him to call me with his findings asap . he told me it would be about four days or so ..[ are you kidding me ] it was only a threader replacement ... ----Pat the Owner called me in about 20 min , the owner did not think to say have a seat , some coffee and cookies , please let my worker look at your machine it will only take a few min..and I'm sorry..... OOH no ..... let me drive for 20 min than call me .... the only saving GRACE was the women behind the counter was very nice to me .... i have not picked up my sewing machine yet .... i hate the thought of going back to a business , who doesn't care about the customer... --- it was only a THREADER REPLACEMENT ........ DO NOT GOING TO MULGUEEN...............SAVE YOUR MONEY.............................................
