  • I went to the chase off Alma School & Warner this morning (8/23) around 8:30, I simply wanted to pull out money from my account. There was one man in the line, I tried to see if the inside atm could assist me with a large withdrawal but as soon as I touched it, it started saying it would send someone to assist me and started flashing. The only bank staff besides the ONE teller were standing around talking around their cubicals, I figured my wait would be just as long if I got in line. Whatever.. No big deal, it wasn't busy.... So I got in line and waited. When I got to the front I told her I needed to withdrawal money and she responded with "have you tried the ATM?" I told her I needed to pull out $1000 and wasn't sure if the machines could do that and it wouldn't tell me unless my card was inserted and started saying it would send me assistance so since there was one person ahead of me in line I just figured it'd be waster to wait. Simple enough. she the responded with "well they go up to $3000" and just stared at me... Didn't really offer to help me. I say "ummm okay", and walk over the the ATMs and wait in line...because now they are both are taken up, one man at the atm that was flashing for representative assistance... Waiting for someone to help him. With the other bankers still standing around and talking. She then calls me over "mam I can still help you" so I go back to the window and she has the audacity to ask me "are you okay today?" I was. Until me asking to pull out money from my account became such an ordeal. I waited in line just for this woman to act like it was an complete inconvenience to help me, in a bank thank wasn't even busy, full of workers not doing anything.... You're a bank teller, in a bank that prides themselves on customer service... Aren't you suppose to HELP customers instead of sending them to the atm? My transaction would have taken less time if this was like any other bank I've ever pulled money from. Remind me to skip ever going inside this branch. I guess I really will just stick to the atm.
