  • Customer service here is miserable. It is the only one even remotely close to me so I am forced to use it if I need to go to a toys r us. They have screwed up on at least 2 orders that I had to get for in store pickup only. There was no recourse from the store only that they would have to reorder and wait again. I wish there was another one to go to in my area
