  • I should preface this review by saying I have not seen the arrangement or will be able to, so I give my rating on the experience only. The checkout was a snap. It was clear, concise, and efficient. The website was easy to navigate. The email updates were helpful and a "just in case" email went out before delivery just in case something was overlooked. Delivery was prompt. Communication was professional and pleasant. Free delivery and no hidden "service charges" or "fees". Reasonable prices. It was a colossal pain in the arse with the other big flower delivery sites. I didnt proceed with purchasing from them and I'm already receiving daily junk mail from them both (despite deselecting the update permission box). AND they all quote in USD (even with a .ca domain) which you may not realize until AFTER you click "Place Order". All in all, I've never seen ugly flowers and even if these were, the experience was 2 thumbs up.
