Valley View Hospital in Las Vegas is the most unprofessional hospital that I have ever been at in my life. I recently had to pick up my mother up from the Emergency Room and their service was horrible. Normally hospitals will provide a wheelchair if you need one and will take you to your awaiting car. I had to ask for a wheelchair because my mother could not walk. I had to push my mother while the nurses stood around looking. I had to open the big heavy doors to exit without help from the nurses or the receptionist in the ER. A young lady from the waiting room had to help hold the door open so that I could exit while Shawntae (receptionist) just sat their looking. I took my mother to the car, returned the wheelchair asked the front receptionist what the ladies name was at the other window behind the doors who wouldn't help open the door. She said, "oh I don't know you can go ask her if you want." I went and asked the young ladies name and she said, " Shawntae, do you need help?" Every time I go to this hospital they are so rude and unprofessional. If you don't want a job please stay home and let others have a job....geez! Oh and Shawntae needs an attitude adjustment and a new job because she's making other staff members look really bad.
