  • I called and scheduled a 9 am appointment with the receptionist named Kayla by the time 10 am rolled around my truck still had not been looked at so I asked the supervisor on duty what the hold up was and he informed me that they don't make appointments on Saturdays. He proceeded to inform Kayla of the mistake in which she replied another supervisor told her that they do. The supervisor then said I was next in line. I waited until 10:30 and again asked what the hold up was the supervisor said they were "understaffed" and sent someone to look at my tires. They then informed me that they don't carry my brand of tires therefore couldn't pro-rate the tires. I asked if this was a Firestone Tire why they wouldn't carry a Firestone brand he then proceeded to tell me they were a privately owned Firestone and that I needed to go to a corporate store to find my tire. This was a waste of 2 hours of my work day that I couldn't get back all due to a lack of organization and communication. Needless to say I will never return to a Firestone again I went to Discount tire and bought 4 brand new tires and was back on the road in the time it took Firestone to even take a look at my vehicle.
