I went there one week ago. The outdoor and indoor ambiance looks pretty cool and cosy. Appealing. I thought it would be typical southern food at first, but seeing the menu when I got there, I was a bit disappointed.
The only thing reminding me southern food was the pulled pork sandwich. I had shrimps "guedille" which sounds more from Quebec. It was good, but nothing more. I usually love spicy, but this was that spicy I couldn't even taste the shrimps. They also didn't have ketchup when I asked for it for my french fries.
Service was great and friendly.
I'm happy to have tried it, but I firmly believe you can find a better spot for southern-Louisiana-type of food in MTL.
