  • I'm an Amelies regular so I pretty much know most of the staff but Coltrane went over and beyond this morning. I wasn't 100% happy with my lavender lemonade so I asked for more simple syrup and he gave me more but then he simply asked if he could make me another. I hesitated because I didn't want to put more work on him and I felt I could tweak the one I already had. He whipped up another one in no time and it was a perfect pair for my breakfast sandwich.
