  • This is a review for their service dept. I did not buy my Kia from this dealer...I have given these guys 3 chances. The first time I had my car serviced because the windshield wipers stopped working. They called me to come pick it up and the wipers still wouldn't turn on. They said it was because there were no technicians certified to do "that type of repair" on a Saturday. Why'd they let me make the appointment? Why did they call and say my car was ready? After about 5 minutes of complaining/questioning them ... Magically a technician that was certified for the repair "showed up at work on his day off" and they fixed the wipers within 20 minutes. The 2nd time was an oil change no issues. 3rd time I went they said I needed a $290 battery??? I drive a 2014 Kia Optima not a Rolls Royce. It's not s hybrid .. Just needs a standard battery. Definitely avoid getting servicing done here
