  • This place is HORRIBLE! DO NOT TRUST THEM TO DETAIL YOUR VEHICLE! I paid 200+ for a interior exterior detail ( claybar, wax ect) when I gave them my number and was told I would be told when my Jeep was done. NOT! I had to call them and my Jeep had been finished for 2 hours. After I got home I had to wipe the wax off my Jeep. Didn't receive my mats back. Couldn't go back until later that week and was told they would redo my detail. That was a HUGE mistake on my part! Now I have splash marks all over the front of my hood. On top of that there is burn marks in my paint and wax left on the top of my roof. There is still ton of uncleaned areas. None of which "they could fix" A detail and a redone detail both horrible jobs. Bottom line do not use their detail. I did call their corporate and waiting on their management to rectify the situation. That's has been 2+ weeks ago. Unfortunately all I want is my money back and I am 95% sure that is not going to happen. I don't mind washing my vehicle there but will NEVER use there detail services again.
