  • I waited thirty minutes in line and when I reached the register I was told they were out of one of the ingredients (pesto) in the menu item I had ordered at the beginning of the line and were making more but suggested I order something different. I told them I really did not want something different and that they should have told me at the outset. I said I would wait for what I had ordered. I was told it would be five minutes. It was over ten minutes. The manager could not be bothered to come speak to me about it when I asked. Not coming back.
