  • What great customer service! I went there looking for a comfortable yet dressy pair of shoes to wear with slacks. I wasn't sure what size to get because I've had recent toe injuries that have seriously affected shoe comfort. I wear anywhere between a 9.5 and a 10.5 which is just impossible to find at most stores which carry half-sizes up to 10 then skip to full sizes. (grrrr) I've even gotten men's shoes just so I could get that precious half-size. Bernie helped me find two pairs ON SALE and then customized them at the heel and in the front to fit absolutely perfectly. Plus I can go back for future adjustments to the fit at no charge! I'm done with going to self-service shoes stores that never have my size in the style I want. Naturalizer Shoes at the Monroeville Mall has got a customer for life in me!
