First of all I didn't have them do any work. They gave me an estimate off of a preprinted cost sheet that he had brought. Their estimate included their guarantees, club membership and many extras that ended up being double what other firms charge for the same work. To top it off when I told the technician that I would think about it he asked me to sign the work order so he could show that it was explained to me. I picked up the pen and put my glasses on and read that it was an acceptance of the contract and the work to be done. I told him I wouldn't sign it. I have heard of companies that are predatory in nature. I don't know if they would have shown up to do the work or maybe had me pay a settlement in order to get out of the contract, or maybe they would have done nothing. Contract law states that I would have been obligated to have them do the work and on the hook for the high estimate if I had signed it. The attorney general should look into this company. Buyer beware.
