  • I've been here twice and had TERRIBLE service both times. The hosts sit you down and hand you a menu quickly, but it takes the waiters/waitresses 30+ minutes to even acknowledge you. What puzzles me is this place has tons of staff walking around, but no one to help you. Both times I've been here I've had to get the attention of a manager and complain about waiting and not being helped. Food is ok, but I recommend just driving a few more miles to get better food and service at Bachi Burger.
