rev:text	I was looking to sell my house in Las Vegas long distance (I'm in the Air Force stationed in Louisiana) and I didn't know any realtors so I went to Yelp to try and find one. I emailed those who had the best reviews, talked to quite a few of them, and then decided to go with Joe because he really seemed to want my business more than any of the others. And, as you can probably tell from my five-star review, I was not disappointed. Joe is about as "no-nonsense" as they get, and he did an amazing job selling my house. My tenants moved out on Saturday, and Joe was there that afternoon to make sure they were gone. Then he started the cleaning/detailing process, which was done in just a couple of days. He scheduled an open house for the following weekend, and we had several offers. Not a lot of offers; just enough to let me know that we priced the house correctly, which is of course, very important, and not something that all realtors are that good at. None of the offers were over asking price, but Joe managed to get the eventual buyer to increase his offer, so the house actually sold above asking price. As a seller, I couldn't ask for anything more than that, obviously. So, all in all, I was very happy with Joe's work, and I would recommend him to anyone.
