  • Let me begin this review by saying that I have moved more than my fair share of times since I left home for college in 2001 (almost once a year every year since 2001). During these moves I've tried moving myself, moving with friends, hiring cheap movers on craigslist, and hiring more expensive licensed/insured movers. Out of ALL these moving experiences, J&R Quality Movers truly blew them all out of the water. I will be using J&R for ALL my moving needs within Las Vegas from here on out. First of all, on the day I had scheduled them, Las Vegas experienced "unprecedented" rain and flooding. This understandably caused delays on their end due to the earlier moves of the same day. Even still, Rolando was extremely helpful and remained in communication the entire time. Second, when they did arrive, they were only 1.5 hours late, which I consider remarkable considering the past few hours' weather. Rolando even threw in an extra mover for free due to the delay! Third, upon arrival, the crew was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. They wrapped everything up and were super fast in unassembling/reassembling all my furniture. They were mindful about keeping both my old place and new place as clean as possible during the move. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better moving experience from beginning-to-end. Why can't all movers be like this? If you're looking for movers, do yourself a favor and call J&R. You will NOT be disappointed!
