What a lovely way to spend an afternoon walking around an outdoor mall in sunny Arizona.
Visiting from the Northeast over Thanksgiving and avoiding Black Friday, coming up here on a Saturday and spending the afternoon, which was not particularly warm but sunny was just a delight. The sales were still on in full force and I was able to pick up a Vera Bradley bag, which I had always wanted, for half price. In addition there are a lot of little seating areas and benches in the sun there's a cute coffee shop for looks like a lot of people convene and there are an absolute boat load of restaurants to fit anyone's foodie fantasies.
After hitting and Taylor and again getting a nice cuddle he cardigan for half price we went to seasons 52 for dinner and though I was unable to check in at the time because I was blown away by the menu we had a lovely meal from appetizer to desert.
I highly recommend their stuffed mushroom appetizer and the bronzy know fish, or any fish dish for that matter. It seems like the steak or Lamb or meets might not be their specialty. Stick with the seafood.
Then dessert time. I am not a huge dessert fab by any means but they brought to the table a little round spice rack like spinning display with shot glasses of many of your favorite cakes, and you could choose one (or more) for yourself. So you had like a mini cake in a shot glass- it was like 4-5 bites, all you really need to satisfy the sweet tooth after dinner, and not feel guilty about the calories.
So far my favorite part of the trip out to Arizona
