  • 1st experience Dec 2016 - scheduled for 3h5min, actually took 6h20min. It takes 2h20min from Union Station to Champaign by car. 2nd experience Jan 2017 - abruptly changed from coach to small van on the very date without customer notice (email, text, ticket). Scheduled at 6pm, left O'Hare at 9pm, was informed that route changed last-minute, so the coach headed to Bloomington, not Champaign. Poor communication with passengers Abrupt last-minute unreasonable route change/delays Distance between Bloomington and Champaign: over 55 miles
