I have the worse customer service experience ever. At first the dealer lied to me when the car was going to arrive.. When I went to pick up the car, the car still missing the heating seat, witch the dealer never mentioned to me. I had issue with battery of my brandnew car and the free road assistance that is offered by bairel wanted to charge me.
Now, I'm trying to solve an issue with the proctection program. The sales manager haven't return my calls and it;s being almost 2 months.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
