| - NEVER COME BACK to this dealer and never recommend this dealer to my friends. I came to this dealer to buy the new accord 2017 EX white color. The seller who I contacted all the time through email was busy with another customer at that time, so he asked his co-worker to help me. The PROBLEMS start now. I don't wanna say his name because I don't want any troubles to him. He talked to me so loud and rude. At that time, I thought that's just the way he usually talks. After that, we talked about what car I'm looking for. He said that the dealer don't have the white color of 2017 EX anymore, and they couldn't order one because the new accord 2018 just come out a month ago, so he means that the manufacturing don't make 2017 accord anymore. This is make sense. Then he introduced me the 2016 accord ex -l with navigation, the reason why he introduced me this car because that is the color I like which is white. In addition, he still talked to me so loud and keep yelling at all the time. I did do anything to him. After we took the test drive, we went to a negotiation. The price on the car is $31,000. After the paper works and anythings, it became $37,000, so which means I have to pay $6000 for the paper works. This is not acceptable. Why do I need to spent $37,000 for 2016 honda accord which is 3 years old already when I can buy a new Luxus car with that price. Additionally, this 2016 accord stay in this dealer for one and a half year. I live in Arizona. I went to many dealerships before I came to Superstition Spring dealer, and the paper works usually cost around $3000 before the negotiation. So, the seller gave me the price are too high. Besides that, I wanted to trade my car in, the Hyundai 2011 sonata limited 103 000 miles. After he checked the car overall, he gave me the trade in amount which was $2000. I just came to exactly this dealer a month before I came in the second time which is this time. They gave me trade in is $6000. Then, I showed him the picture what I took it on the first time to prove that I'm not lying. He was still so rude and said that one month is different. Whatttt??? a month cost a car for $4000???. I am pretty sure that my car at that time is exactly the same condition of the first time I came. They took my car only $2000 which value is $6000. ($37,000 for the 2016 accord ex-l, and only $2000 for the trade in of my car. At this time, I didn't want to renegotiate anymore because he gave the price are so wrong). He also said that 2018 accord EX is cost more than that price which means 2018 accord EX is almost $4000. Seriously, I did a lot of research online, and the 2018 accord EX starting at $27,500. How can it become almost $4000 out the door? Because I came here for 2017 and 2018 accord, I didn't do any research on the 2016 accord so I asked him to took a picture of the paper to remember the price, so I can go back home and do the research on it. He said NO and didn't let me to take a picture of it. I want to many dealers before that, they always let me to take a picture. I still had a paper works at the same dealership which I took a picture of it on the first I came there a month ago. He still didn't let me to take a picture of it. I talked to the manager later because he was so rude to me. The manager said that I can take as many picture as I want. It means the seller is so rude. The manager tried to change the subject all the time when we complain about him. He did not even listen to us. I NEVER COME BACK to this dealership again.
