rev:text	Really wish I could leave no stars. To start Jason is a very condescending person who has no care at all for tenants. He made our stay (2+ years) very miserable. He forced us out of the rental and gave us two months to pack a house up and find a new one. When we asked for 10 extra days he told us no. We payed our rent on time and didn't make any trouble so I guess we were kicked out so he could raise the rent $100. When we moved out we used the cleaning company they recommended (the company he owns) and they broke blinds which we were charged for. The entire stay also he would only make contact with my wife even after repeatedly asking him to contact me. On the bright side I never have to deal with him again. Stay away if at all possible.
