  • OMG!!!!! I will NEVER!!! Leave my puppy at the groomer again!!! Those (insert strong profanity here) left him screaming for an hour because the jerkoff in charge didn't check the paperwork for my phone number!! I got there and he was screeching in the back!!! I walked in the door and recognized his screeching sound immediately! I asked loudly if my 12 week old puppy has been screaming like that for over an hour... the supervisor came out and quickly processed us out the door! She tried to give me platitudes. Oh I was PISSED! When he got to me he was shaking like a leaf!!! NEVER again!!! If your employees don't like animals, they have no business working with them!!
