  • My sister has an American pit bull and has been living on the east side the last four years because of her dog (and budget let's be honest) I searched high and low to find a decent place for her to live all over Las Vegas! I'm so glad I found something in Summerlin! The location is awesome! Close to everything you could want. Complex is clean and looks well taken care of from the outside. I spoke to a few people as a drove by and they seem happy to live there all in the same situation with a pitbull. The pet (non refundable) deposit is $400. The pet rent is $25 per month. There is also a $200 administration fee. A one bedroom is 700 sq ft and runs $855. Kind of high for a small place but location and no breed restrictions kind of make it worth it. To hold the apartment it is $100 and goes towards your total move in. I am taking a tour of the inside on Monday and will update with pictures. So far, the girls in the office are friendly and helpful!
