  • Pathetic! Star should be a negative number. $150 (plus) to perform an interior shampoo and exterior wash and wax. Two hours later the vehicle is "allegedly" ready. Ready...?! Residual wax several areas throughout the vehicle. Several areas never saw wax. Multiple stains still remained on the carpet, including the seats. Windows, out of eight Windows internally 2 untouched and two appeared to have been completed by a four year old. Although some of the items were addressed (some not) with one of the employees the question has to be asked where is the quality control? What racket! How is it that anyone continues to solicit this unethical operation. Their sole purpose is to up sell all customers, finish in minimal time with no regard for professionalism or pride. If they won't take care of the customer someone else will. It's my intent to communicate these same concerns to the BBB. Strongly recommend NOT to solicit this business and find yourself a reputable operation interested in quality and commitment to their work.
