Customer service is everything. With that being said first impressions truly matter. After feeling like Meineke depleted my savings account and did more harm than good to my car I turned to yelp for advice, based on a great deal of positive reviews and a little hesitation I have Usa auto a try. I called and inquired in diagnostic fees. The lady who answered wasn't very personable and quickly transferred me to Chris, who seemed genuine when I spoke to him on the phone and said he will take a look at car no fee, just bring vehicle down. We get there and the lady was very short claimed she didn't know what I was talking about and said fee will only be waived if services are done there. Chris came in and advised to not worry about the fee he will take care of it, the lady got so defensive then claimed she never stated that. This left me uneasy and I changed my mind with getting repairs done at this location. I decided to go straight to dealership and now going to pay $1960 for front brakes /rotors/iac valve and computer job . It may be more pricey but at least the dealerships customer service was excellent.
I want to stress I did not get my vehicle worked on here , it's at the Nissan dealership instead so my review is not based on work, it's based on customer service , that alone and rating is only for Chris.
To the owner of this shop, the lady who was rude, unprofessional and not personable lost your business a guaranteed job that would have yielded more than $1,000 in profit which is now going to Nissan . Customer service interaction matters!
