  • One of the best filet steaks I have ever had. Mine was medium rare, while the wife's was the same but with an Oscar topping. I really loved the visible salt embedded next to the grill marks. I also had asparagus and the french onion soup. The onion soup was awesome. We ate in the bar and the service was excellent. The stiff drinks were wonderful and the wine choice is good. This is our new favorite steak restaurant in Vegas. Quality was great and you cannot top the California's friendliness.
