Swing , and a miss. Being from Chicago we went with high hopes but were disappointed. 1st, Real Chicago dogs are Vienna beef but are natural casing. These were the skinless dogs you can get at any Chicago supermarket at 3:50 a pound. 2nd, Maxwell street polish comes with plain old American yellow mustard, not a dark grey poupon type. and lastly the combo was bone dry when we asked for wet. Had to ask for 2 sides of the gravy to get it down. Beef way overcooked, it must have been sitting in the gravy for hours. Maybe someday someone can talk Dick Portillo into coming this way.
