  • I won't repeat what others already wrote about this being a fast food concept for sushi. Definitely far from good sushi, but certainly an interesting, streamlined concept. First time I have seen the machines, but definitely not something I would seek out. This is one of the first times my boys did not scarf down the rolls. You can enhance the flavor with a variety of sauces..they were a bit bland due to the rolls having so much rice. Either way, nice concept for college kids who are on the run all the time.
