  • This is an update regarding the remote viewing app which essentially makes the whole system useful for us. The app USED to show colours on a timeline when there was activity which made it super handy to go back and view whatever happened at that moment. This functionality has been removed which renders the remote app pretty much useless unless you want to see only what's happening right now. We definitely regret having sunk the money into this Lorex system. :( Like soooo many other reviewers have said..... crap support, TOTAL time wasting if you ever have an issue and even then.... no answers to help. How this company continues to sell their stuff is incredible. If I lived close enough to their head office, I would make a point of spending $5 on a box of eggs and enjoy firing them all at their windows.... EVERY DAY!!!
