  • I have had home births for all of our children and we had used different midwives but for baby #5 I wanted to find a different one again. A friend had highly recommended Marvey so after reading about her training and knowledge and great reviews I made an apptn. for a free consultation. After meeting with her I knew right away I wanted to use her. We Praise the Lord for her! We had used a midwife in the past that was professional and knowledgable but lacked warmth and compassion and vice versa but Marvey truly is the whole package and has everything we could ever ask for or want in a midwife. She is very professional and knowledgable and taught me more than I had learned from previous midwives. She took her time with me at every appoint and answered my million questions as I had forgotten some things since last baby! :) She is very kind and compassionate and is a friend to all of her clients. We had a great home birth with Marvey and her assistant-Judith who is also wonderful!! They are a great team! You would be wise to use Marvey!! If we do have baby #6 we will return to Marvey for sure!!
