  • Normally I would rate Dutch Bros a 5 Star Buy today I just can't. The line was long around to the Walmart. There was a gentleman and a girl named Shelby working. He was kind and moved quickly. Shelby first left the cars to stand at the back door with some friends that arrived, leaving the line. Then she realized she has friends in the car she came back to and said "come someone else get this car" pretended to walk to mine, then went back sat and chatted with them. At one point they were yelling "do you even have a job" loudly. Her tablet was in the car with the girls. I found her to be highly unprofessional even for a fun atmosphere like this. What appeared to be a manager came out and talked to her about her "chores" and said something about a "homicide", she acknowledged him and went back to chatting with her friends. Their car didn't move with the others and it held up the line. Unacceptable when the traffic was blocking two entrances to the Walmart and should have been processed more quickly.
