  • This was disappointing. Where to begin? My nephew has came here a couple of times first time was with Will, he was ok. Second time Jock took care of him and it was good. Then today, he didn't even get a hair cut. We waited 45 min because supposedly the barber said "I have 3 people in front of you". I was like ok cool that's fine. They were seating and waiting in the chairs with us. That's understandable, but then friends I'm guessing show up. The barber looks over and tells me that, they were actually first and that I should come back when its closing time. Are you serious? He has the audacity to tell me to come when the mall will be completely closed... WTF is that about? Anyways, like I have read in previous reviews, if I wasn't a customer or at least my nephew, that they didn't want to take care of don't beat around the bush and be up front with it. Don't be Giving me the runaround about how much time I have to wait, when mostly likely you don't even want me to be there. It's just unbelievable making a kid not feel good enough to receive a hair cut.
