Went with a group of five people in early February. We were seated at a table directly across from the entrance, and I had a bench that faced the door. My position allowed me to see the immense amount of foot traffic in and out, which explained why we were so cold. Even though there is an airlock, people don't get that you let one door close before opening the next, letting gusts of frigid February air into the restaurant. I'm sure that in the back or in the adjacent room no one even noticed, but where we sat, it was an unpleasant experience. If you are given the choice, at least in the winter, I would wait for a table further back in the room or move along. It just wasn't much fun being in the path of the winter weather while indoors.
Despite the indoor weather, the food was delicious. I had the spicy burger (jalapenos make it spicy) and fries. I also had the virgin mary (a Bloody Mary w/out alcohol) which was nice and spicy and came with a few pickled veggies.
One final note - I like a crowded restaurant and the vibe that goes with it. But interior design and materials used make this a very loud place (there is a difference between crowded and noisy) which I find makes conversation difficult. I don't think this would be good for a large group at a table, it's hard to hear from one end to the other.
