  • Horrid Customer service. DJ and is his crew are the worst. Will not call back most of the time. I mean seriously. He sent us a dishwasher we did not order, we refused it from the delivery guys. It took him 2 months to refund us after several calls and requests. They are like used car sales men. Fast fast fast! No thinking involved, Just here is what sells the most, buy it. No personality in anyone I have dealt with there. I have officially said no more to this place. They are actually very very high priced. Do your research and find a better deal. I found most products to be 300-500 cheaper elsewhere. Buy on-line with places that have good pricing and free shipping depending on size of appliance. I regret buying my fridge there. Plus the a-hole said the Stainless was the best and did not smudge easy......uuhhhh wrong buddy! It sucks! I have to clean it all the time. BS! LG sucks IMO too. Don't let them or anyone else sell you that crapola!
