I've been wanting to try Luisa's since we moved to the neighborhood over 2 years ago! Crazy how long it took us but we finally grabbed a Sunday night pizza to go. We had the Luisa which comes with pesto and ricotta, instead of fresh tomatoes we had half with sundried tomatoes and half with Italian sausage. The pizza had good flavor and I think the pesto was one of the best I've had on a pizza but I found the crust a bit disappointing with the brick oven hype. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either, the crust was burnt in a few places and the bottom of the middle of the pizza seemed almost underdone. We enjoyed our pizza but since we rarely get pizza to go we will keep trying other location spots before going back.
