| - How I wish I lived closer to 168 Market! Every time I'm in the area, I always come in here and pick up whatever items I need that I can't find at a traditional grocery store. This store is large and offers so many different items in it.
From Fresh to frozen meats/seafood, fresh produce (all the great Asian veggies and fruits that aren't sold at Walmart), canned goods, seasonings, Asian noodles, different rice, sweets and candies, baked goods, alcohol, and even cooking items like rice cookers, woks, electric hot pots, and so much more. This is definitely a one-stop for all your Asian cooking needs. I usually come in here to pick up ingredients for Adobo, lumpia, Pancit, sushi, along with my favorite items like Sriracha, coconut milk, seaweed snacks, and Jasmine rice.
Many of their items can be bought in bulk like their rice and fresh produce. Mangos and fresh coconuts are some of the fresh stuff that I've always seen here in bulk. Wish I had a big family so I could buy in bulk. it's cheaper to buy that way.
They also have an alcohol section. Not sure what kind of stuff they sell there as I've never shopped in this area. There is a bakery area and a deli area where you can buy freshly cooked to-go food. This is another area I've never gotten anything from as I always come here after I've eaten. Need to make an effort to come when I'm hungry as their food looks delicious!
The employees here aren't all that helpful, or at least they don't go out of their way to see if you need any help. The cashiers don't seem very friendly either. They don't smile or say hi, but this is something I've noticed at just about every Asian market here in Vegas.
All in all, this is a wonderful place to come to. Can't wait to come back and stock up on my favorite items again.
