  • I have been here so many times I lost count. If you LOVE NASCAR - GOTTA COME TO AZ! This year they increased prices on EVERYTHING. If you keep tickets cheap more will come and you make it up on concessions. There are always a lot of activities to do outside and inside before the race. You can always score a tee-shirt at the Chevy tent. You can bring in food and drinks, NOT ALCOHOL. That is a plus some other tracks you can only bring in water. Last year you lost the ability to use "selfie sticks" which stinks. I heard some idiot at another track tried to use a selfie stick through the fence to record the cars. One thing I HATE - THERE ARE NO WATER FOUNTAINS NO WHERE! If you do not have water or drinks, you are forced to spend $5.00 on water or more for a soda. On the plus side, there is a small grocery store, Safeway, near the track where you can buy almost anything you want. I have bought food there and the prices are the same as other Safeway stores. If you love camping, there are a lot of places to camp at the track, In fact, I CALL IT THE WORLD'S BEST TAILGATE PARTY! The fans are always fun and enjoy the race. The police and sheriff's department are onsite and rarely will you see anything out of the ordinary. PIR races 2X a year, COME OUT AND HAVE FUN!
