  • The reason for my two-star review has nothing to do with the food/coffee, it is purely based on the service. I have never eaten at Luci's (though I want to try it!), but their coffee is very good. I love the iced lattes with almond :) However, the last two times I went, the service wasn't good at all. Last weekend, my sister and I went and ordered separately. After waiting a few minutes, hers was ready so we sat at a table to wait for mine. After about 15 minutes of waiting (we got distracted talking and didn't realize how long it'd been at first lol), it was obvious they'd just forgotten about it. So then I just reminded them and they apologized and quickly made it for me, but it just wasn't that busy, so I feel like it shouldn't have been forgotten. Then, this morning we went back and I ordered two large iced lattes. When I got to the front of the line, the girl who took my order was joking around with the other cashier. That would have been totally fine, but she took a little longer to address me when I came up because she was talking to him. Then, after she was done talking and asked what I wanted, he replied and she started laughing - this also would have been fine, except she was laughing and clearly not paying attention to what I said so I had to repeat my order twice. Then after that, I had to repeat myself two more times because she still wasn't paying attention. Finally, she got everything going and I paid. When my drinks were done and they called my name, I came up to see she made the wrong size for both of them... it was just frustrating that she wasn't paying attention at all and got the order wrong after I literally told her four times. Not that I would call her out on Yelp, but I'm pretty sure it was the same girl both times, too. I definitely hope the service improves next time I'm there!
