I've visited this establishment for regular and shellac manicure and pedicure on a couple different occasions. Their colour collection is insane but the staff isn't very welcoming which makes me uncomfortable.
The first time I got a shellac manicure from there was back in July 2017. I remember it being way too hot as they had no ac. But I stuck through it. The older lady who did my nails for me did a great job. Though they did chip a few days later. When I walked in to have both nails fixed I was told no older lady worked there? I think they were trying to accuse me of lying. They did fix them in the end and all was well.
The second time I went was for a pedicure. This time I had to wait 10 minutes before someone approached me. I almost walked out because it was so hot. I ended up staying because I found the perfect colour. My pedicure chipped as soon as I got home. I went the next day and several woman stood around me, looking at my pedicure and spoke in another language. I didn't know what to say or do. They fixed them and I left. An uncomfortable experience for sure.
The third time I walked in was just for a regular manicure. There were other people waiting and I could tell she was speeding things up to get to everyone in time. By the end of the manicure it looked like something I could have done on my own. I probably could have done a lot better on my own. I've spent 2 out of the last 3 days in bed and 4 fingers are chipped. How?!
Won't be back.
