  • This place has the worst customer service, the old guy owner was sarcastic, opinionated, rude, and condescending to me when I bought a game from him. I told him I wanted to take Rampage for N64 off his hands and he's like "no, you don't" and he was serious, ranting about how expensive and not worth it the game was. He got an attitude when I paid in cash and card telling me "you really want to make this difficult don't you?" Then after I finished paying he said "I usually tell people to buy the Everdrive 64, it has all the games on it and you just paid $50 for a quarter of it." If he was going to be such a creepy, spiteful jerk about it why sell the game and act like the comic book guy from the Simpsons about it? The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I'm definitely not coming back to this place. Retro City Games and Game Repair have a better selection of games and better people skills. This smelly place makes me want to save the trouble of dealing with garbage personalities and buy through amazon.
