  • Sad to say things didn't improve when I returned the car. Stupid me, I forgot my visor-mount Blackberry Bluetooth in the car. I called first thing the next morning and was told that the guy would look for it and to give him a call back in 20 minutes (as there is only ever one staff member, they can't exactly do anything right away.) I called back in 20 minutes, and he still hadn't had time to look for it, so asked me to call again later. Called back in the afternoon and he told me he had located it and that I could come in and pick it up (this was on Friday.) Stopped in on Monday evening on my way home from work to pick up my Bluetooth. No one was there (the single staff member working is also responsible for airport pickups/delivery of passengers). I waited 35 minutes for him to show up, which is bizarre, because the airport is only about 5 minutes away. He comes in, and can't find my Bluetooth. Tells me to come back another day. Stopped in on Tuesday during the day. Again, waited about 10-15 minutes for an employee to show up. By now I know the routine. He also can't find the Bluetooth. I explained that it had been located on Friday!!! Where in the hell did it go? Also, I needed to know the license plate number of the car I had rented so that I could call 407 and make sure that all of my 407 charges would be properly allocated to my account. They weren't able to tell me the license plate number of the car I had rented. What a bloody disaster this place is. NEVER, EVER, EVER RENT A CAR HERE. You won't be satisfied. Suck it up and pay an extra $10-15 bucks a day and just get one AT THE AIRPORT from one of the major rental companies. You'll be really glad you did when nothing going wrong, and there are actually staff ON SITE who know what they're doing and are able to serve you. By the way, I'm not the only person who feels this way. There are at least 10 filtered reviews of this location, most of whom had the same or worse experiences. E-Z Rent A Car has 1 star on Yelp because they've worked really hard to earn it.
