  • I have only used this nail salon for the last 4 years. They are usually really good but it depends on who is doing your manicure. I've had times where I walk out and my fingers hurt for days afterwards. There's also been numerous times I've had to point out spots that they had missed with the nail polish. But like I said, most of the time they do a great job. However recently I had to venture out to a different salon because I arrived around 3:30pm on a Sunday (they're open until I believe 5 pm) and they were helping ONE customer. There was no one waiting or anything and they told me they were too busy and to come back later. I explained that as a mother to an 8 month old this was literally my only time available to have my nails done to which the young man just blankly stared at me. After stating I would be going somewhere else he just "okay" and proceeded to ignore me. As someone who has only used this salon for years I was very upset about how poorly I was treated and honestly will probably never be returning.
