  • Dr. Kern and her staff is the most caring, thorough clinic. This doctor is absolutely committed to healing pets and devoted to not letting them suffer. Dr. Kern explains things completely, even if you can't get it the first time. We have a malnourished stray dog from the Phoenix Rescue, it was viewed by a family, and they would not even take it. I could not even see the dog's face, its matted hair was overgrown. I could not believe how Dr. Kern took its dry bones and breathed life into it. My husband and I are amazed, and the staff their not only is extremely knowledgeable, but very dedicated and kind. We are so grateful to Dr. Kern, no wonder the place is filled with happy and healthy pets when we come in. Thank you, Dr. Kern's staff, thank you so very much for helping this abandoned dog and bringing him back to LIFE Dr. Kern! We love you. Bill and Ruth, and Pierre, Our Reindeer
