  • I was a patient here about 13 years ago. When prices were high and the treatment fairly new. I paid extra $$$ for lifetime lasik adjustment if there were any issues in the future. It was originally nice to hear that they cared for what your future may entail. I had yearly eye exams at the same place up until 2007. 2006 was done elsewhere. After talking to the doctor in 2007, he told me I did not need to pay the $90+ every year and my yearly exam counts as well. I explained to the doc that I worked under the Federal Government and worked in the Middle East. It was the same doc I had seen every year. He said I did not need copies of exams as long as it was done. Fast forward to 2016. I am having small issues with night glare and certain lighting. After a phone call to the center, I was told they don't have my records due to the time frame and need to request them. She then told me they can't do anything without my yearly exam copy. I asked to speak to the manager and she said they would call back. Well, someone else called back for the manager and said they can't do anything without yearly exam copies and I shouldn't have listened to the doctor and just did what my contract said. They still insisted to get my records. I told them no as it's obvious another corporate scam to get you to pay more and find a way to screw you over. Why would I pay more at the same location that couldn't even have the manager call me. I am glad after spending 6 years in Iraq and 2 years in Afghanistan I return to another corporate business lying to its people.
